He is two time World Champion, European Champion, European Games Champion, Cadet World Champion, winner Golden Grand-Prix Ivan Yarigin 2014, European Nations Cup winner, Yaşar Doğu winner, Wenceslas Ziolkowski Memorial winner and Alexander Medved International winner. Sadulaev is a 2014 World Champion at age 18. When his was 15 years old he won Cadet Freestyle Wrestling World Championships. Him debut in serious level were at the XLIII Ali Aliyev Memorial where he were 16 years old, in semifinals he lost to Shamil Kudiyamagomedov but in bronze medal match he won. In 2014 Russian Freestyle Wrestling National final Abdulrashid destroyed Shamil Kudiyamagomedov and won Russian World Team Trials for World Wrestling Championships. After won European and World Championships he is currently the number one of the United World Wrestling top rankings in 86 kg. On 8 May 2015 Sadulaev won Russian freestyle wrestling nationals again and he will take part in European Games 2015 and World Wrestling Championships 2015 in Las Vegas, Nevada. In European Games 2015 he outscored four opponents 42-1 (4-0) by Technical Fall and won gold medal.
