Background
He was born on 21 zilhaj 1002 Hijri in Sirikot in the Home of Syed Hussain Shah. He completes his basic education from his Father and hifz Quran when he was 7.

Career
Syed Mhammad Kalan Gesu Daraz Awal married Kakar women and had a son named Syed Masood Shah which have a title of “MASHWANI” so he was belong to Mashwani tribe of Sadaat living Afghanistan (Hayaatabad), Pakistan (Sirikot, Panjpai, Gadwalian, Panjgoor, Quetta, Doctorate I Khan). He walked 7 times towards Haram Sharif for performing Pilgrimage. Syed Hashim Shah. Died in Mecca during Hajj and his Tomb is located in Junatt-ul-Ma’ala Makkah Shareef.
He completed his education from his father Syed Hussain Shah and wrote three books named Alqaab-e-Roohia (Pashto Poetry) Masnad-e-Hyder r.a (in Persian) Haqeeqat-e-Wilaya (in Persian) His Great Poetry in Pashto have important place in the heart of Pushto saints. he said that: “Ali, da Rabb Sher Mi De Wali, Zo Nazawalay da Allah yam Pa sar mi las da Gesu Daraz de" zorawar Waliullah yam” “” Ali Rabb k Sher mere Wali hain aur Allah ka main piara hoon, Mere Sar par Gesu Daraz k Hath Mubarik ka Saya hy aur Bht Taqatwar Waliallah hoon”” Several hundred thousand devotees from near and far, irrespective of religion and beliefs, gather to seek blessings.
He died on 30 Rajab 1081 Hijri in Sirikot in 79 years of age. He was a great scholar, mystic and Sufi Saint.
