From 11 years of age worked as itinerant tinsmith. During Civil War in Dagh musician and combatant with partisan detachment. Fought against counterrevol forces of Imam Gotsinskiy.
1932 first work printed. Wrote in Lakian language. The first poet to introduce rhyme in Lakian versification.
