She was Countess of Chalon and later Countess of Anjou. Adele died in 982.
Their children were:
Hugh I of Autun, Bishop of Auxerre and Count of Chalon. († 1039).
Mahaut of Autun, Dame de Donzy († bef 1019).
Aelis of Chalon, who married c.
991 Guy I, Count of Macon. Their children were:
Fulk III of Anjou (970-1040), he succeeded his father as Count of Anjou.
Geoffrey of Anjou (971-977), died young. Ermengarde, Countess of Rennes and Duchess of Brittany.
