Aditi Arya works in New Delhi. She has been associated with several non-profit groups such as Amitasha, Supported Decision Making and Protsahan. She has also been involved in street theatre, touching topics such as civic sense and sensitivity towards specially abled.
She was amongst the top 5 in Multimedia award, top 5 in People"s choice award, top 10 in World Fashion Designer Dress award, top 25 in Beauty With a Purpose award, top 30 in the talent sub-competition and top 30 in the Top Model sub-competition.

She represented India at pageant but went unplaced. Aditi participated in Femina Mission India Delhi 2015 pageant and was declared the 1st Runner Up next to Apeksha Porwal and 19 years old Rushali Rai was declared the 2nd Runner Up. Later she was crowned as the winner of fbb Femina Mission India World 2015, on March 28, 2015 at a ceremony in Mumbai. After winning the title of Femina Mission India World 2015 represented India at, the 65th edition of the Mission World pageant but did not place.
