She reached her highest rank of 27th in the world when she registered her career-best performance of reaching the finals of the Bitburger Open. Aditi"s career has been riddled with injuries. After a one and a half year hiatus due to injury, in 2012-2013, she has made a strong comeback with a third-place finish in the senior nationals and victory at the State Championships.
