Career
He is best known for winning the bronze medal in the men"s 100 m backstroke and the men"s 4 × 100 m medley relay at the 1997 FINA Short Course World Championships in Gothenburg, Sweden. In this medley relay was Adrian Radley, Philip Rogers, Geoff Huegill and Michael Klim. lieutenant was the first time Australians had set a world record in over 30 years, beating the United States team to Silver.
He was a dual Commonwealth Record Holder in the 100m and 200m backstroke.
Despite swimming more than 50 km a week, Radley completed a double bachelor"s degree in Commerce with majors in Strategy, Marketing and Accounting and now works for a multinational management consulting firm, PwC. Radley is married to Olympic Bronze medalist Julia Greville.
