Career
Newspaperman, 1900-1904. Admitted to District of Columbia. Bar, 1911, and practiced in Washington, District of Columbia.
Attorney for Federal Trade Commission, 1915-1917, and member of its Auxiliary Board of Review, 1917-1918, chairman Board of Review, 1919-1920, Acting chief counsel, 1920-1921, assistant chief counsel appellate work, 1921-1929, appearing in all United States circuit courts of appeals and Supreme Court of the United States Court in defense of orders of the Commission.
Resumed private practice, 1929, of counsel Davies, Richberg, Tydings, Landa and Duff.
