Rector of Haddington, East Lothian, 1961-1965. Diocesan Inspector of Schools for the Diocese of Edinburgh, 1963-1981.
Assistant priest at Street John"s, Edinburgh, 1965-1969, and then Rector, 1969-1981. Senior Tutor, Diocese of Edinburgh Training for Ministry (TFM), 1972-1987.
