In 1812 Afanasy Evdokimovich graduated from Tambov Theological Seminary but chose to become an official in the future.
Career
In 1813 Afanasy Evdokimovich became a clerk at Tambovsk State Administration. Starting from 1830 he was an assessor at Arkhangelsk State Administration and from 1846 he was an assessor at Vologda State Administration. In 1865 he resigned due to his health problems.
