On 11 June 2012, she reached her best singles ranking of world number 812. On 21 September 2015, she reached her best doubles ranking of world number 468. Barańska made her Women's Tennis Association main draw debut at the 2015 Internationaux de Strasbourg in the doubles draw, partnering Victoria Muntean.
