Consul of Uruguay since 1924. Member of the Town Council of Guadalajara, 1920.
Delegate of Jalisco to the Congress of Preparatory Schools (Preparatorias), 1927. Professor of Castilian literature in the Summer School of the University of Mexico.
As architect Senior Basave has designed and constructed more than eighty residences and various municipal works including the “Colonia Penal” de Jalisco, considered as the model prison of Mexico.
