Career
He competed in the 60 m indoor hurdles at the 2010 IAAF World Indoor Championships with a time of 8.36 s and in the 110 meter hurdles at the 2012 Summer Olympics. Hazer is the greatest Lebanese sprinter ever in history so far, he holds several Lebanese records, including the 110 m hurdles and 300 m. In 2013, he was banned for doping.
He was the first Lebanese athlete to run sub 14s over 110m hurdles.
Hazer grew up in Beirut city the capital of Lebanon. He started his career at the age of 17 after switching from basketball.
Hazer tested positive for the anabolic steroid Metenolone in an out-of-competition control 11 June 2013 and was subsequently handed a two-year ban from the sport.
