Career
Secretary of Political Department, Royal Cabinet, Riyadh 1943-1946. First Secretary, Counsellor, Saudi Legation, later Embassy, Washington, D.C., also Delegate to United Nations 1946-1952, 1952-1955. Assistant to Head of Prime Minister’s Cabinet for political affairs with rank of Deputy Minister of State 1955-1960.
Ambassador to Japan and Republic of China (Taiwan) 1960-1963. Ambassador to Federal Republic of Germany 1964-1965. Ambassador at Foreign Ministry, Jeddah 1965-1966.
President of the Islamic Centre in Rome 1971-1972. Member of the following conferences: Founding United Nations Conference (San Francisco) 1945, United Nations General Assembly 1946-1955, Cable and Wireless (New Jersey) 1947, Food and Agriculture Organization (Washington, D.C.) 1948, Arab Foreign Ministers (Beirut) 1959, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (Jeddah) 1972, and annual session of United Nations General Assembly (New York) 1975 and 1976. Ambassador of Saudi Arabia to Italy since 1966.

Koran imposed preventative punishments in order that people stay away from them, because a sound intellect is the basis of the moral responsibility that humans were given.
