He studied in France and other West European countries from 1922 to 1925.
Career
He was one of the original sponsors of the artists' group “Sogen-kai” in 1940, but later quit the organization. Before the outbreak of World War II, he was councilor to the Teiten and Bunten art exhibitions.
Membership
He is an honorary member of the Nitten at present.
