Aizawa Kan was born in 1888 in Okayama Prefecture, Japan.
He served as president of the Okayama Chamber of Commerce and managing director of the Civil Engineering Guild. He was a president of the Chugoku Doboku Co. In and after 1942 he was returned successfully to the House of Representatives six times. He was appointed Parliamentary Vice-Minister for Transportation under the then Trails-Dort.ation Minister Kineshichi Masuda in March, 1947, when the first Yoshida Cabinet was formed.
