After graduate secretary, Party bureau at this university. From 1935 first secretary, Shafrikan Rayon All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks) Committee, Bukhara Oblast. From 1937 first secretary, Khorezm Oblast Committee, Communist Party Uzbekistan
1941-1946 director, ’’Five Years of the Uzbek Soviet Socialist Republic" Sovkhoz. First secretary, Uychi Rayon Committee, Communist Party Uzbek, Namagan Oblast. From 1950 directed various sovkhozes, Tashkent Oblast.
Deputy, Union of the Soviet Socialist Republics Supreme Soviet of 1st and 2nd convocations.
