He graduated from the Moscow Institute of architecture (1935).
He was an architect of the Kurskoblproekt. He was also an author of projects of public and residential buildings in the city of Kursk, including teachers and electromechanical technical schools, circus (in collaboration with P. Lazarenko), chairman of the Kursk branch of the Union of architects (1938-1941). After the great Patriotic war he worked in Smolensk.
