Career
Akira Tsuji joined the patriotic society, Kokury Qkai, then under Ryohei Uchida, and took active part in spreading Japanese influence into Manchuria, Mongolia and Sakhalin.
For a while Tsuji Akira acted as an informant for Haanhin by sending secret information to the German commandant at Tsingtao. Later became manager of an orphanage at Tsingtao and did much to alleviate the plight of Chinese orphans.
