Career
Agronomist by profession. During World War 1 served with Lat riflemen unit. 1917 member, Lat Riflemen Executive Committee.
1918 secretary, Soviet Mission in Switzerland. 1919 Collegium secretary, Lat Commissariat of Military Affairs. Then Lat Deputy Commissar of Military Affairs.
1920-1921 deputy military comissar, Staff, 5th Army on Eastern Front, after Civil War exec economics work. 1932-1935 USSR deputy trade representative in Germany. 1936-1937 deputy head, Main Board of Wood Pulp Chemical Ind.
1937 arrested by State Security organs.

Religion doesn't give equal treatment to women and therefore contradicts basic human rights.

Communist party could initiate policies in the name of the society because it knows what the best is for its progress and development.
