1920-1921 deputy military comissar, Staff, 5th Army on Eastern Front, after Civil War exec economics work. 1932-1935 USSR deputy trade representative in Germany. 1936-1937 deputy head, Main Board of Wood Pulp Chemical Ind.
1937 arrested by State Security organs.
