Mr. Alain Rossmann serves as Chief Executive Officer of Secret Seal. Mr. Rossmann is the founder of Klip, Inc., and serves as its Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Rossmann co-founded Vudu, Inc. in June 2004 and served as its Chairman. He was Chief Strategist of VUDU's consumer offer and commercialization blueprint. He founded PSS Systems, Inc. (PSS) in 2001 and served as its Chief Executive Officer. For 15 years, he was the founder or co-founder of four other high technology startup companies, of which three went public and one was acquired by AT&T. He founded Unwired Planet, Inc., (Formerly, Openwave Systems Inc & Phone.com Inc.) in 1995 and served as its Chief Executive Officer until 2001 and served as Secretary. Prior to founding Unwired Planet in December 1994, Mr. Rossmann served as Chief Executive Officer of EO Corporation from 1991 to 1994. He served as Chief Executive Officer of EO Inc. from 1991 to 1994. He served as Vice President - Operations of C-Cube Microsystems (now part of LSI Logic) from 1989 to 1991. Prior to C-Cube, he served as Vice President - Marketing and Sales of Radius from 1986 to 1989. Prior to Radius, Mr. Rossmann held a variety of marketing positions for Apple computer from 1983 to 1986. He served as Chairman of Pss Systems, Inc. and served as Chairman of Unwired Planet until 2001. He served as a Director of PSS Systems, Inc.
