Career
After joining Millwall at the age of 8, Alan came up through the Millwall academy, Dunne made his debut first-team appearance on 19 March 2002 against Sheffield United. He has been sent off a record ten times for Millwall and has also received 85 yellow cards in his career. Dunne was released by Millwall at the end of the 2014-2015 season after 25 years at the club
On 30 July 2015, Dunne signed with Leyton Orient on a free transfer, after 15 years in the Millwall first team squad.
