She did her schooling from Khaitan Public School and American Embassy School, New Delhi. Foreign her higher studies she got enrolled in Gargi College, which is college for women affiliated to University of Delhi. Prior in joining Mission Diva, Alakrita was crowned as Mission Noida 2009.
Mission Diva 2014Edit
Alankrita joined the second Mission Diva contest.
She was proclaimed as the first runner up, gaining the title of Mission India Earth 2014. Gurleen was sent to Mission International 2013.
During the entire course of the competition, Alankrita was able to get some special awards such as: Mission Style Icon, Mission Perfect Body and Mission Talent. In Mission Talent award, she and Shruti Iyer were the winners.
Mission Earth 2014Edit
By gaining Mission India Earth title, Alankrita flew to the Philippines to compete with almost 100 other candidates to be Alyz Henrich"s successor as Mission Earth.
During the entire run of the competition, she was able to bag some awards such as best in evening gown, second place for Mission Photogenic award, and third place both for swimsuit and national costume rounds (designed by Melvyn Noronha). Alankirta was also awarded as one of the ten winners for the "Eco Beauty Video" category. However, she was not able to penetrate the top 16 semifinalists.
At the conclusion of the pageant, Jamie Herrell of the Philippines was declared as Mission Earth 2014.
