Wrote for Chicago Times and Chicago Evening Journal, 1884-1885 and 1886-1887. Admitted to bar, 1889. Was receiver of John Alexander Dowie under appointment of the United States District Court, December 1903.
Member of committee Illinois Tariff Reform League, 1889-1890.
Married Anna Doctorate. Thomas, November 22, 1910. Children: Mariana T., Martha Josephine.
