(The first part of this book is devoted to to Judge Ellett...)
The first part of this book is devoted to to Judge Ellett's early life, wherein he shows that there might be grounds for thinking he is a redneck. Then he writes of his experiences on the various courts of Utah. He has set forth cases of humor and also those of feeling. He tells of that which happened behind the doors and also the relationship by and between the judges. Finally, he discusses some of the cases in which he has written opinions and then the national reaction which resulted. This book is a "must" for all who want to understand the Federal-State relationship as it exists today.
