Alejandra was crowned as Mission Ecuador 2014 represented Manabi on March 15, 2014. She represented Ecuador at the Mission Universe 2014. At the same, the runners-up were crowned as the Mission International Ecuador and Mission Supranational Ecuador and will compete at International pageants.
World Next Top Model 2013
Alejandra represented Ecuador at the World Next Top Model 2013 pageant and placed in the Top 12.
Mission Universe 2014
Alejandra represented Ecuador at the Mission Universe 2014 pageant which was held on Sunday January 25, 2015 at the United States. Century Bank Arena on the site of the Florida International University in Doral, Miami, Florida, but she failed to place among the semifinalists.
