Beside his home clubs FK Radnički Jugopetrol and FK Budućnost Valjevo, Radunović previously played for ŁKansas Łódź in the Polish Ekstraklasa. and also with Korona Kielce. with FK Partizan Belgrade. Youth national team member Social Research Yugoslavia 1997. and 1998.
