Aleksandrov, Aleksandr was born on December 17, 1906 in the village Khotilitsy near Pskov.

Education

Educated at the Central Asian Road-Building Institute in Tashkent, 1933.

Career

Worked on the constructrion of the Volga-Don Canal (built by slave labour), 1948. Chief Soviet expert at the building of the Aswan Dam on the Nile, 1962-1966. Deputy Minister of Energetics and Electrification of the USSR, 1966.
