1928-1929 engineer, Kazakhstan Water Economics Board. 1931-1939 Chief Engineering, Central Asian Institute for the Planning of Irrigation Systems and Installations. 1940-1947 Director and Chief Engineering, “Chirchikstroy” Building and Erection Trust.
1944-1948 simultaneously Presidium member, Uzbek Academy of Sciences. 1948-1949 V.-President, Uzbek Academy of Sciences. 1950-1953 USSR Deputy Minister of CottonGrowing.
1954-1957 USSR Deputy Minister of Agriculture. 1956 headed Soviet Agriculture delegation Madrid. 1960 visited USSR Agriculture Exhibition, Delhi, India.
Main works deal with harnessing of water resources in Central Asia. Directed planning of Great Fergana Canal and construction of Chirchik-Bozsuy and Farkhad Hydro-Electronic Plants.
