1928-1938 organized work at mines producing chemical raw materials, then chief engineering and shaft mang, Moscow Subway. From 1938 head, Technical Department, Main Ore Board, Union of the Soviet Socialist Republics People's Commissariat of Ferrous Metallurgy. From 1944 deputy head, Main Nickel and Cobalt Board, Union of the Soviet Socialist Republics People's Commissariat of NonFerrous Metallurgy.
From 1948 head, Technical Department and Collegium member, State Mining Technical Supervision Board. Also taught at Moscow Mining Institute. 1953-1966 associate professor, Chair of Indiana Economy and Organization(s), Moscow Mining Institute.
Also lectured at Moscow Institute of Radio Electronics and Mining Electromech. Member, editorial board and deputy chief ed, periodical Gornyy zhurnal. Publi Organizalsiya i planirovaniye proizvodstva na kar’yerakh (The Organization and Planning of Quarrying) (1953).
