Career

1933-1936 and 1938-1940 exec, posts, Moldavia Minister of Finance. 1940-1941 executive government work in Moldavia. During World War II in Soviet Army at front.

1946-1955 Moldavia Minister of Finance. 1955-1958 Deputy Chairman, Moldavia Council of Ministers. Deputy USSR Supreme Soviet of 1950, 1954 and 1958 convocation.

Deputy, Moldavia Supreme Soviet of all convocation. 1956 member, USSR Supreme Soviet delegation to Rumania.
