GORINOV, Aleksandr was born in 1902.
1925 graduated Moscow Institute of Transport Engineering.
Took part in several expeditions to survey new railroad lines (Chardzhou-Kungrad, Ulan-Ude-Naushki, Uralsk-Iletsk, etc.). Chief Engineering on construction of Moscow-Donbas Railroad. 1931-1937 instructor, 1937-1946 Professor, Leningrad Institute of Rail Transport Engineering.
1932-1938 simultaneously at Military Transport Academy, of Soviet Army. Has also worked for several research institutions.
