MILASHECHKIN, Aleksandr was born in 1889 in Poltava.
1915 graduated Petrograd Institute of Transport Engineering.
1915-1935 worked on railroad survey and construction. Since 1930 instructor, Saratov Highway Institute. For many years Deputy Director for studies and science work, above institutes.
Helped build a bridge across the Dnieper at Dnepropetrovsk, a dam at Kamyshin, and road and rail bridges across the Volga at Saratov.
