From 1922 instructor, Central Committee, Russian Communist Party (Bolsheviks).
From May 1923 chairman, Party and Government Commission to Consolidate the Belorussian Soviet Socialist Republic. From February 1924 secretary, provisional Belorussian Bureau, Central Committee, Russian Communist Party (Bolsheviks). Then first secretary, Central Committee, Communist Party (Bolsheviks) Belorussian.

From 1935 head, Ukraine Economy Accounting Board. At 13th Russian Communist Party (Bolsheviks) Congress elected member, Centr Control Commission. Arrested by State Security organs.
