1934 graduated Moscow Institute of Transport Engineering.

Career

Developed original method of formulating train marshalling plans. Works deal with the running of railroad lines, particularly traffic organization. Author of works on the theory of graphic representation of rail traffic and line capacity.

1935-1940 associate, Rail Transport Research Institute. 1936-1941 instructor, Moscow Institute of Transport Engineering. 1941-1946 at USSR Minister of Transport.
