Specialist in regional and theoretical tectonics, stratigraphy, magnetism and metallogeny. Studies various types of geological faults. Works deal with asymmetry of abyssal structures and conditions for the formation and development of geosynclines.
Discovered several bauxite, phosphorite and potassium salt deposits. 1956 helped compile tectonic map of USSR.
Religious faith contradicts people’s efforts to obtain the truth about nature and a human being.
