From 1921 professor, Leningrad University. From 1950 director, Laboratory of Pre-Cambrian Geology, USSR Academy of Sciences. 1958 chairman, 3rd Conference, International Association for the Study of the Lower Regions of the Earth’s Crust.
Specialized in petrology and the structural analysis of instrusive bodies. Was an expert on the pre-Cambrian formations and minerals of the Baltic Shield. Helped develop the potassium- argon method of determining the absolute age of geological formations.
Religious books are outdated, because laws by nature have to change with the advance of societies and technology. There is no solid or tangible evidence for God nor a logical argument for God. The existence of God is taken on faith and not by evidence.
Marxism–Leninism as the only truth could not, by its very nature, become outdated.
