1913 represented union in Steering Commission of Russian Social-Democratic Workers ’Party (Bolsheviks) faction in 4th State Duma. April 1914 arrested with other members of this commission and exiled to his native village. After 1917 February Revol Vyborg Soviet deleg at 2nd Finnish Oblast Congress of Soviets.
