Deputy, USSR Supreme Soviet of 1958 convocation. Deputy, Belarusian Supreme Soviet of 1955 and 1959 convocation. 1959 visited International Spring Fair, Leipzig.

1932-1938 engineer, Kuybyshev Carburetor and Armature Plant. 1938-1942 exec, posts in Popular Commissariat of Medium Machine-Building. 1942-1946 Chief Engineering, one of branches of Moscow Automobile Plant, now Likhachev Plant.

1947-1948 Director, Moscow Motorcycle Plant. 1948-1951 Director, Altay Tractor Plant. 1951-1958 Director, Minsk Tractor Plant.
