During World War 1 served with Latin Riflemen unit Active in 1917 October Revol. 1919-1944 exec Party work in Pskov Province and Voronezh.
During World War 2 political work in Soviet Army. Then worked for Latin Union of Consumer Societies and Latin Minister of Education. From 1954 pensioner.
