Head, Department of Agitation and Propaganda, Central Committee, All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks). Delegation at 13th—17th All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks) Congresses. At 13th and 14th Congresses elected member, Centr Control Commission.
At 16th and 17th Congresses elected member, Central Committee, All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks). Arrested by State Security organs.
