1925-1933 trade-union and government work in Kalinin Oblast and Leningrad. From 1933 studied at Military Engineer Academy. After graduate served with Main Military Engineer Board of Soviet Army.
1942-1947 and from 1951 exec posts with Central Committee, Communist Party of the Soviet Union.
