He played college golf at Stanford University. He turned professional in 2001. Aragon played on the Web.com Tour in 2005, 2009, and 2012–2013.
Aragon played on the Professional Golf Association Tour in 2006 where his best finish was T-27 at the 84 Lumber Classic.
He has also played on mini-tours, including the Tight Lies Tour in 2003 and the Gateway Tour in 2004. He finished ninth on the 2013 Web.com Tour regular season money list to earn his 2014 Professional Golf Association Tour card.
