Background
Alexander M. Gay, B.A. has appeared before all levels of courts in Ontario, Alberta, and British Columbia, including the Supreme Court of Canada. Mr. Gay also serves as an adjunct professor at the University of Ottawa’s Faculty of Law, teaching civil procedure and international commercial arbitration. He has authored several authoritative books on the topic of international and domestic commercial arbitration and has contributed extensively to legal scholarship through chapters and articles on various topics. He is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia and the Law Society of Ontario, and is fluent in English, French, and Spanish.
