Litvinovsky was at first a student and then a post-graduate student of the Belarus Academy of Music.

He entered in the Belarus Union of the Composers in 1990 and now he is an activist of the Belarusian Association of Modern Music.
His music is known abroad and was performed at such international festivals as CHORAL INTERNATIONAL Neuchatel (Switzerland), FLORILEGE VOCAL De Tours (France), International JUGEND-FESTSPIELTREFFEN Bayreuth (Germany), YOUTH MUSIC DAYS in Druskininkai (Lithuania), WORLD MUSIC DAYS (Romania), FESTLICHE KONZERTE ZUM NEUEN JAHR in Zurich (Switzerland), International Festival of Sacred Music GAUDE MATER in Czestochowa (Poland), International ROSTRUM OF COMPOSERS (Amsterdam).
