Career
Born in Milton Junction, Wisconsin, Paul was a farmer and was involved in banking and insurance. He served in the Wisconsin State Assembly as a Democrat in 1931 and served in the Wisconsin State Senate in 1933. He was acting postmaster of Milton Junction, Wisconsin.
Paul died in Edgerton, Wisconsin.
