Alexander Alexandrovich Podporinov

Alexander was born on November 16, 1943 in Lopatki, Berezovsky district, Voronezh Oblast, Russian Federation.

Education

Graduated from the agronomical faculty of the Voronezh Agricultural Institute in 1970.

Career

Worked as a chief agronomist and chairman of a number of collective farms of the Lipetsk Oblast from 1970 to 1979 and of the Voronezh Oblast from 1979 to 1983. Served as deputy director and chief agronomist of the subsidiary farm of the Voronezh plant "Electrosignal" from 1983 to 1990. Publishes local history articles, poems and short stories in regional newspapers.
