Polovets, Alexander was born on July 12, 1935 in Moscow, Union of the Soviet Socialist Republics. Came to the United States, 1976. Naturalized United States citizen, 1983.


Graduate, Stanford Poligraphical College of Moscow, 1951-1955;Master in Public, Moscow Public Poligraphical Institute, 1958-1964;Master in Patent Information, Center Institute Patent Studies, 1968-1971.


With, All-Union Public Superior vena cava syndrome, 1965-1976;supervisor quality control, Western Lithograph, 1976-1980;founder, publisher, Alamanac Press Russian-American Public Company, since 1977. President Almanac Enterprises, Inc., since 1983.
