Career
One daughter Aide-de-camp to Viceroy of India, 1895-1897. Served Dongola Expedition, 1896 (two medals). Served with Guides Cavalry in Frontier War, Afghanistan, 1897 (Victoria Cross, medal and clasp).
Served with 6th (Inniskilling) Dragoons and 16th Lancers in South Africa, 1899-1900 (despatches).
