Alexander Pavlovich Krasyukov was born on January 27, 1949 in Biruch, Budennovsky district, Voronezh region, Russian Federation.
During his childhood the boy was surrounded by music - mandolin, balalaika, guitar, Russian and Ukrainian folk songs, romances, and guitarist, as musician Vorontsov was a friend and frequent guest of the the Krasyukovs. In 1970 Alexander Pavlovich graduated from the Faculty of Economics of Voronezh State University.
In 1970-1973 Alexander Pavlovich worked in the logistics management system of the Central Black Earth economic region in Voronezh, Russian Federation. Later he became the Head of Finance and Planning Department of the Voronezh Electromechanical Plant, he had been taken that post from 1975 till 1986. After 1986 Alexander Pavlovich became the Deputy Director General for Economics of Local Industry Management of the Voronezh Regional Executive Committee. Since 1995 he has been working in the banking system. He is the creator of the first in the Voronezh region JSC "Paritet".
Together with L.P. Zaitseva in 2004 founded the Voronezh Guitar Center at the regional department of the All-Russian Musical Society. Alexander Pavlovich is a Member of the Voronezh Historical and Cultural Society. In 2007-2008 he participated in the international scientific-practical conference on classical guitar in Tambov.
Alexander Pavlovich also is an author of several brochures on the history of the Voronezh guitarist published in Voronezh, winner of the anniversary medal of the Chaliapin Center of the International Union of Musicians.
